
Rebecca is a senior lecturer in the School of Management and School of Communication, Journalism and Marketing at Massey University in New Zealand.
She studies occupational and work identity with particular attention to how place, space and location shape the work that we do and the way we think about it. She has previously studied innovation regions and ecosystems in the United States, specifically looking at how regions try to recreate versions of ‘Silicon Valley’ that draw from this popular model but also add their own unique, local twist.
Kel facilitates the Grow North projects making sure that the goals are reached. He also advises leaders, delivers workshops and facilitates export owners groups.
He has carried out projects in the UK and Europe assisting New Zealand businesses to successfully establish beachheads within Europe, Asia and the US. Many of these clients have won fast-growth, marketing and export awards. His company has delivered government contracts to design and deliver business owner training.
His expertise includes vision, strategic planning and working with leadership on change management. His interest is in creating a New Zealand where people collaborate and thrive and prosperity is shared.
